Bunyip Nav Run 2008

A competition designed for fun and the family.

This event has no classes. It has been organized to enable just about anyone to come along and compete. There are many ways to get from point to point so you can make it as easy or as challenging, depending upon your vehicle and experience.

Entries open: 21st of March 2008

Entries close: 19th of April 2008

Any entrant who withdraws from the event less than two weeks before the commencement of the event will result in no fee being refunded.

Any entrant who withdraws more than two weeks before the commencement of the event   will be entitled to a 50% refund.

Proposed Itinerary Day 1:

7:30am : Gates open for vehicle inspection

8:30am : Driver Meeting

9:00am : Competition starts

5:00pm : Estimated time for end of competition

 

 

Entry Fee: Two car team, $100.00 per team.

LICENCE DETAILS

It is mandatory that the driver and navigator show their current valid drivers licence to the officials at scutineering on the morning of the event. Failure to do so will result in the entry not being able to start the event. It is also mandatory that the vehicle be road registered.

OTHER EQUIPMENT

Each vehicle will be checked on the morning of the event and there will be a check to see that each car has.

Failure to have these on board will result in the entered vehicle not being able to start, and no refund will be given.

A GPS will be required for the navigation in this event. It’s strongly recommended that a compass be included as well.

 

There will only be 15 teams allowed entry.
Each team consists of 2 vehicles.
